Election Predictions!

My predictions for Tuesday:

Rendell.........Big

Casey............Big

Carney..........10%

Katsock.........5%

Yes, that's right! I believe that Katsock will knock off Eddie Day!

Many discontented Democrats will vote for Katsock and put her over the top.

As for the last comment from my last post. I believe that Reilly will have trouble retaining his Clerk of Courts seat. He spent a lot of his war chest on the state rep race and doesn't have it for a race as Clerk. After his third place showing in rep race, former supporters will run from him if a legit opponent runs. Look for a strong dem candidate from lower Luzerne County to run against him and win. The Kanes can't help him anymore.

I predict that Brian O'Donnell will run for Mayor and win, especially after Mayor Realtor's bid rigging antics come out and the state starts an investigation.

Unless, of course, the investigation into the antics of the mayor turns up nothing. They can't find what they don't want to find. If the A.G., Mr. Corbett, knows that the DOJ will look the other way regarding the mayor, so will he.

The Antics of the Mayor of Wilkes Barre are continuing on Thursday as Mayor Realty and City Council also known as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, prepare to purchase a property from one of the Mayor's realty buddies...Summit Realty , that owns some delapidated property with lots of tax money owed, for the fantastic price of $1.00...thats right $1.00 and the taxpayers loose more back tax money and the Mayor acquires another Political Friend to help in his quest for another term in office so he can collect that hugh Pension of $50,000 plus lifetime Health Care insurance...What a deal...to bad the taxpayers are the losers as always ...Elect Walter griffith Jr. for City Council in 2007

I see in todays Paper that the City COuncil and Mayor are going to do another great Real Estate deal... I read in today's paper that the property on S Main St that is now Deli Devine is being considered by City Council for Tax Forgiveness for Mr Gildea....
I think this is unfair to the taxpayers of the City...Mr Gildea is now at least 50,000 delinquent in back taxes on the Property on 446 S River St that I asked the Mayor about and the Mayor is trying to get this property from Mr Gildea and forgive these taxes ...The Property on S Main St is owned by the same guy that owned the row of apartments on the property on N River St that the City has demolished at the taxpayers expense and placed a lien on the property for the cost of the demolition...I think that if the City Administration is going to get in the habit of just transferring debt to property owners that do not pay their taxes, then there will be no leverage for the taxpayers or City Administration to collect any of the debit...I also find it very unusual that the property on Blackman St is being acquired for $1.00...Seems the Mayor of Wilkes Barre is conducting his real estate business at City Hall now and using the City Government for leverage with the help of City Council...
